Foam-Rolling Classes

Learn to listen to your body

Foam rolling can be much more than quickly rolling over tight muscles. I’ve recommended to my clients because even just a few minutes of slow, attentive rolling can change how you experience your body.

The classes are meant to help you develop that while learning diferent ways to use the foam roller and incorporate it in your everyday life.

Roll Feel Breathe

Rather than rolling quickly or trying to force a muscle to “release,”i’ll show you how to slow things down. When you let some of your weight settle into a roller or a ball, and take the time to explore on different points of the body, you begin to notice where movement feels restricted, tension points..

I’ll guide you on how to position your body, adjust the pressure, explore different angles, and use your breath while you roll. The goal is to find techniques that feel useful and sustainable enough to become part of your regular 5 or 10 mn routine.

You don’t need to be Flexible

These classes aren’t about performing complicated exercises or pushing through pain. We’ll experiment with different positions and tools so you can find what works for your body.

A few minutes can be enough.

You don’t need an elaborate routine, sometimes five intentional minutes on the floor with a roller and your breath is a great place to start.
