This session allows for unhurried care with focused attention on multiple areas of tension. You’ll have time to fully settle into rest AND receive targeted and integrative work

Relaxation Journey: A full immersion into healing and presence. This special session offers spacious time for full-body attention and nervous system reset. Good when you need everything
Sliding scale
My rates are set on a sliding scale, with a standard rate. (Above) If your financial situation allows you to pay toward the higher end, that helps make lower rates available to those who need them.
lower end: For those with limited income, financial hardship, or fewer resources.
Middle: For those with relatively stable finances who can comfortably afford regular bodywork.
Higher End: For those with greater financial flexibility who are able to contribute more toward the sustainability and accessibility of my practice.
